<![CDATA[Florina Fit - Blogs]]>Sun, 18 Feb 2018 00:29:26 -0800Weebly<![CDATA[Why does Trans Fat Piss Me Off...]]>Sun, 14 Feb 2016 00:49:54 GMThttp://florinafit.com/1/post/2016/02/why-does-trans-fat-piss-me-off.htmlPicture
What is transfat? It is the worst type of fat you can consume, trans fat is created when hydrogen is added to vegetable oil (a process called hydrogenation) to make it more solid.
Partially hydrogenated oils aka "Trans Fat" are used by food manufacturers to improve the texture, shelf life and flavor stability of foods.

Why is trans fat so bad you may be asking, well here's why. Trans fat will not hurt your fitness goals but worse, it will kill you only its a slow and painful death.
Consuming trans fat in long terms causes cancers, heart disease and worst of all Alzheimer aka "brain shrinkage". Scientist found that those who had higher levels of trans fat
in their blood had smaller brains.

What food is it commonly found in? Baked goods. Most cakes, cookies, pie crusts, crackers, chips, cereals, cereal bars..etc

Here's why trans fat bothers me so much, these food companies don't even have to show on their label that their food contains trans fat. The worst part is actually finding a food that claims it has trans fat is the hardest thing ever. I only found 1 which was jewel baked cookies. Do you know why? Well because food companies don't actually have to say
trans is fat in their foods as long as they cut their serving size portion to make the trans fat in the food stay under .49g. So MANY companies just make the serving size smaller
and now they are a trans fat "Free Food" except their really not and eat 2 servings and you have 1 g of trans fat, eat more and well you get the point.

So even though these companies are getting away with putting this poison in our food there is a way to find out if there is trans fat in our food and I'm going to show you how.
First, check the fat if this is a completely fat free food with no fat whatsoever you are most likely safe, however if there is any fat stated in the total fat, saturated fat
or Cholesterol section of the ingredients then its time to check the ingredients and if you find hydrogenated, Partially hydrogenated and fully hydrogenated (yup some companies
have no shame) These ingredients mean there is trans fat in that food.

I also want to mention that it is suggest you only consume 2g of trans fat daily ( or none would be a safer bet) however trans fat naturally occurs in some meat and dairy so
if you eat meat and dairy on a daily basis its safe to assume you've already eaten the max amount of trans fat allowed.

Here's Why I'm most upset... Now I already new this about trans fat but its easy to forget and of course since the companies don't have to add or mention that there is trans fat
in your food as long as they change their serving size... well you sometimes forget. However this should not be taken lightly. Before trans fat came along cancers, heart disease
and Alzheimer where almost nonexistent. That should tell you a lot and if a slow long painful death is not in your agenda I would really remove trans fat from your life.

As promised here are all of the brands/foods I found in my own home and thankfully it was just these and no more. Although I will state that as a mother I seriously wanted to cry and felt horrible because Its my job to keep Baby Lyla safe and she depends on me to give her whats best and safe. I'm happy the only trans fat she ate was a hand full of the fruity loops and the Hersey white chocolate which kills me. I felt sick to my stomach! Please share this! Its so important to know what we are feeding ourselves and our loved ones.
* These are just the ones we were personally effected by, there are way more products!
<![CDATA[ACV CHALLENGE IS BACK!!!]]>Thu, 01 Oct 2015 16:52:49 GMThttp://florinafit.com/1/post/2015/10/acv-challenge-is-back.htmlPicture
As I mention in my video I am bring back the ACV Challenge. WHY? Well last time I did it, it worked great for me by keeping my belly slim during my bulking and most of you know I am bulking again and don't want the heavy, full feeling to come with it.
Doing the ACV will also regulate me which is ideal when consuming so much extra food.

Here are 4 of my favorite uses and benefits of ACV

*Apple cider vinegar aids in weight loss. Here's why: it suppresses your appetite, increases your metabolism, reduces water retention and flushes you out keeping you regular so you don't hold too much waste.

*Apple cider vinegar clears acne. Not only by ingesting it but using it as a natural toner can leave skin looking healthier. Its antibacterial properties help keep acne under control, and the malic and lactic acids found in apple cider vinegar soften and exfoliate skin, reduce red spots, dark spots from acne and aging and balance the pH of your skin.

*Apple cider vinegar gets rid of dandruff. The acidity of apple cider vinegar changes the pH of your scalp, making it harder for yeast to grow. It also gives your hair a nice shine. Mix 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar with 1/4 cup water in a spray bottle, and spray it on your scalp. Wrap your head in a towel and let sit for 15 minutes to an hour, then wash your hair as usual. Do this twice a week for best results.

*Apple cider vinegar helps tummy problems. Sip some apple cider vinegar mixed with water. If a bacterial infection is at the root of your diarrhea, apple cider vinegar could help contain the problem, thanks to its antibiotic properties. Try mixing one or two tablespoons into water, or clear juice like apple juice.

Some more odd but useful uses...

Apple cider vinegar cures hiccups.
Apple cider vinegar soothes a sore throat.
Apple cider vinegar boosts energy
Apple cider vinegar banish bad breath
Apple cider vinegar whitens teeth.
Apple cider vinegar fades bruises.
Apple cider vinegar helps control blood sugar
Apple cider vinegar could lower cholesterol
Apple cider vinegar Can be used as an all-purpose non toxic cleaner
Make your garden grow—without a single weed with Apple cider vinegar
Apple cider vinegar Keeps pets flea-free.
Apple cider vinegar Gets rid of warts.
Apple cider vinegar Helps relieve muscle soreness.
Apple cider vinegar Stops the itch Whether your scratching is due to a bug bite, poison ivy, or even jellyfish stings
Apple cider vinegar Relieves sun burnt skin

<![CDATA[Everyone Loves Food !]]>Tue, 18 Aug 2015 16:10:05 GMThttp://florinafit.com/1/post/2015/08/everyone-loves-food.htmlPicture
I know many have this idea to always to find these small cute snacks here & there to eat. I noticed that many of these cute snack have peanut butter. Here is the difference between 2 servings of peanut butter and what used to be my breakfast....

Here is the nutrition in Just two serving of peanut butter
Calories: 400

My breakfast was:
2 scrambled eggs
1 whole wheat tortilla
Lowfat mozzerella cheese
Coffee with creamer (usualy french vanilla)
1 blueberry waffle with a light drizzle of syrup
Total Calories:477
Total Protein:24g
Total Fat:21g

Peanut butter It's not the food to eat if you are on a journey of loosing weight and fat. Any food that is higher in fat then protein is not the best choice
of Protein Unless you are on a bulking journey and want to gain weight. I'm at a bulking stage and I have stayed away from peanuts and peanut butter. Just because I'd rather eat a
big meal that will have me feeling full for a couple of hours rather then eat a handful of peanuts that are high in calories and fat and leave me still feeling hungry.

When you snack too much or just aren't aware of the nutrition in some foods you could end up being on a surplus on your calories and fat by the end of the day but feeling like you barely ate anything.
that's were many people go wrong and think "I don't eat much why cant I lose weight" but what you don't realize is what you choose to eat was not filling although still high in calories and fat.

My advice will be to stop eating small meals and have your big meals. You will find yourself craving less and eating what you need to eat. Lets just put it this way... when you
Go to the store hungry what happens? You over buy. But when you go to the store right after eat and feel super full? You buy less and make smarter decisions and plan your meals
for the week without all the cravings that interfere with your shopping.

Nutrition is one of the biggest problems there is. You'll be surprised to know what you are eating can make a huge change in your body. I would suggest everyone to learn
nutrition not just for themselves to make the right decision but to make the right decision for your kids. They say 60%
of the adults aren't happy with the way their body looks. Like the big saying says "Rome wasn't built in one day" it took years. So always keep in mind, what you do today
is not going to effect you today but it might effected you in 2-3 days, a week or a month and maybe years. So learn what you are eating.

One of my most memorable, challenging, painful and incredibly beautiful days of my life.

Although I had my moments of excruciating pain I also had very beautiful moments in between my contractions. I recall laughing and going back to conversations after each contraction.
In the very beginning of my labor I remember feeling complete excitement I couldn't believe the day had finally come that I would meet my baby Lyla. As each contraction came and left I knew I was getting closer and closer.

A Quick Snack of cottage cheese and pita chips, Fueling up for my labor :D
Monitoring Baby Lyla heart
My contractions are starting to get closer we are also feeling excited !
As they get stronger hubby's there for support.
Taking photo's with the cousins and mental supporters, they did great happy they were there.
Some more baby monitoring :)
Checking to see how dilated I was. I was 7 centimeters here. (it was painful)
Yes he stayed by my side the whole time, I'm so grateful and Lucky to have him :D
7 Centimeters dilated and going into the pool hoping to ease the contractions.
Just waiting...
and Some more waiting.....
Hubby's making sure the waters at a comfortable temperature (he did this for hours)
I think everyone was surprise how well he handle everything, even the midwife
A smile after every contraction :)
Here my smile is slowly fading as another contraction comes
No contractions just having a fun conversation.
The Comfort from my husband was so appreciated and wanted, I remember when he would leave to get me something and I hated it. I would think to myself "please come back already" lol...
He knew me too well. He knew how to calm me down.
These where some of the worst contractions.
So happy he has big and strong hands. He later told me I have some hided strength in me.
The moment we decided to get out of the pool and start pushing. I couldn't do it in the pool because for some reason it was slowing down the labor.
There is nothing glamorous about these photo's lol.... This is when things got serious and Lyla's head was starting to show.
This was after the big push and baby Lyla had finally arrived.
My first time holding my little baby in my arms! You can just see the relief we both feel.
I personally love this photo. My hubby was just so happy to be looking down at his family.
These moments where so powerful, I felt no pain, I was so happy and my love for Lyla was growing by the second. You don't realize how much you love your baby till they are finally in your arms.
Our Little Family. We are no longer 2.
My Sweet Baby Lyla!
Two happy parents.
I love how happy the hubby is, he was tearing.
The hubby got to cut the umbilical cord
Breastfeeding my munchkin for the very first time.
It was time for mom to push out the placenta and get sewn up so daddy jumped to hold baby Lyla for the first time. They say guys freak out but not him, he was anxious to hold his little girl. Reason he didn't have a shirt was because Lyla needed skin to skin.
Daddy and his princess, Another photo I love :D
A moment I'll never forget for the rest of my life, first time Lyla and I by our self.
Skin to skin for her to know I was here.
I hope you enjoyed me sharing our birth story with you. I love these photo's and I'm so happy that I have them. During the labor I didn't care for them much but afterwards I was and still am so grateful to have them as beautiful memories.

<![CDATA[My 6 Month Postpartum Journey]]>Mon, 19 Jan 2015 00:15:47 GMThttp://florinafit.com/1/post/2015/01/my-6-month-postpartum-journey.htmlPicture
I always thought that once you have a kid say goodbye to your body. Not one person in my life said anything positive about their bodies after having a baby They would say your hips will get wide and never come back, you;ll always have a pouch, stretch marks are inevitable, your boobs will sag from breastfeeding....etc..so I have to admit I was at times I terrified. Can you blame me?

Anyways, I was determined to change the way people thought of pregnancy. I ate a clean diet with lots of fresh fruits and veggies and lots of greens. We cooked at home most of the time so no processes food and definitely no fast food. I continued working out my entire pregnancy and I moisturized my body religiously never letting me feel dry....in fact I felt like a grease ball lol.... But hey I don't have 1 stretch mark from the pregnancy :D

I'm not saying it was easy because it most definitely wasn't. At least not the postpartum part. Having a little fragile baby who needs you 24/7 gives you barely anytime for yourself let alone to workout. So I would sneak in little workouts during naps, daddy holding her and even while I held her. I also took her for walks in the stroller. As time passed and she got older it was getting easier to get a full workout in and now at 6 months I've even been able to workout when it was just me and her at home as she entertains herself.

Try everyday! Someday's no matter how hard I tried I couldn't get a workout in but the very next day I would try all over again. The secret is wanting it bad enough you make the time for it. Want it so bad that you wear your workout clothes all day just in case you find the time.

It's not easy but it is worth the effort and definitely very rewarding.

<![CDATA[Can You Gaining Muscle While Breastfeeding ??]]>Thu, 11 Dec 2014 18:38:44 GMThttp://florinafit.com/1/post/2014/12/can-you-gaining-muscle-while-breastfeeding.htmlPicture
Our hormones are out of wack while pregnant and also while breastfeeding. If you where fit before your pregnancy and continued working out the same during your pregnancy you would have noticed no matter what you did you got softer and lost muscle mass.

This is normal and its because of the hormones and extra estrogen our bodies carry during pregnancy and while breastfeeding. Our bodies have a hard time building muscle during this time but this doesn’t mean you shouldn’t workout. Put it this way, even if you can't GAIN muscle while breastfeeding, why not weight train in order to KEEP the muscle you already have? See it this way…. if you don't use it, you lose it!

So my breastfeeding moms don’t be discouraged your not getting that muscle definition back. Once you stop breastfeeding the extra weight will come off if it hasn’t already and gaining your muscle will be easier.

You can also take protein but stay clear from creatine. Stick to 100% whey protein. Most protein powders add extra things and aren't safe. But the 100% whey one is just whey protein, which is fine.

Also, take note that if you begin to lift extremely heavy or workout intensely (by intensely I mean working your body 100%) and feel muscle soreness, there will be lactic acid build up in your muscles which can change the flavor of the milk temporally (this would only last for 1 feeding) . Some babies are sensitive to it, others don't care (If I got it, mine didn't). There is a debate about whether this is true but just thought I’d share incase your baby doesn’t like your milk after an intense workout and if you do experience It just make sure you don’t workout too close to a feeding or have a pumped bottle ready for your baby.

I hope this little blog made those moms who felt down about there bodies feel a bit better and gave hope. Your not alone and we are all struggling just stay motivated and workout because you’ll never regret a workout.

Since I first starting posting about our Juicing & results I've been getting a ton of questions so I figured I would write a little note and hopefully answer all the questions for you.

These questions apply for During My 4 day Juice Fast....

Q: Do you eat anything else besides the juices?
A: NO! I did not have any meals except for the juices. I did however snack in between when getting hungry. I snacked on fruits, salads, peanuts (lightly salted or unsalted), cashews & cucumbers in Lemon. Just don’t over do the snacking.... and drink plenty of water.

Q: What Juicer do you use?
A: I bought mine from Target, Its easy to use and makes it easier to clean if cleaned right after using. I find most juicers to be the same so spending about 50-70 on a juicer is about right.

Q: Where do you get your Recipes?
A: I got most of the Recipes from online but I never stick to them completely, I like to mix them around and put different things in them.

Q: How many times do you juice a day?
A: I juice 2 to 3 times, I like to have a sweet one and then a greens or vegetable one.

Q: Do you add Ice?
A: Not in the juicer but in the blender or in my cup after juicing

Q: Are you juicing to loose weight?
A: No, I'm juicing for the health benefits and the energy it gives. Its a lifestyle. I did however loose 7 pounds in 4 days and my husband lost 6.

Juicing as a Lifestyle

After my juice fast I continued to juice daily replacing 1 meal. I did the juice fast to cleanse my body, you can do it for longer then 4 days if you are trying to loose access weight I only choose to do it for 4 days as a cleanse.
However, I currently juice about 2, possibly 3 times a week and that's lack of time and then sometimes i'm just too hungry to juice but a great alternative for ladies too busy for the mess everyday is to buy Traders Joes green juice. Its fast and easy with great vitamins. They also have a carrot juice with a tropical blend (tropical fruits) its delicious.
Another brand I would recommend is Naked. They have a couple different ones. To stay on a friendly budget I recommend buying their bigger bottles then the little ones. You save a lot more money and its great to be able to have it in your house.

Juicing Recipes

Green Juice
This serves 2 people

 • 2 cup Spinach
 • 2 to 3 Kale leaves
 • 2 Carrots
 • 1 Cucumber
 • 2 green apples
 • 1 Lemon
 • 2 Celery Stalk
 • A thumb size Ginger Root|

Sweet Green Juice
Normally serves 2 people but my veggies where big

Super energy! Add the Kale & Parsley first. Then add the Romaine, Cucumber, Celery and Apple. Apples and Beet will sweeten up the juice. Apples are considered a "neutral" fruit and can be combined with vegetables.

 • 2 cups Kale
 • 1 Beet
 • 2 cups Parsley
 • 3 cups Romaine
 • 1 Cucumber
 • 3 Celery Stalks
 • 1 Red Apple
 • 2 Green Apples
 • 1 Lemon
 • 3 Carrots

Tropical Fruit Juice
This serves 2 people

This recipe has plenty of beta-carotene which the body converts into vitamin A, the essential ingredient to healthy hair, clear eyes, and healthy skin. Remove all the peel and seeds before putting then in the blender (get the seedless watermelon for best results). This juice is BLENDED not JUICED

 • 1 Orange
 • 1/2 Mango
 • 1 Slice of Fresh Pineapple
 • 1 Slice of Watermelon
 • 1 Kiwi
 • 1 Green Apple
 • 1 Banana

Fruit Juice
This serves 2 people
This juice is BLENDED not JUICED

 • 1 Cup of Raspberries
 • 2 Oranges
 • 1 Mango
 • 1 Red Apple
 • 1 Banana

Here is my favorite Green Juice!

Juice cucumbers with their skins on. The dark green skin is a great source of chlorophyll, a phytochemical that can help build red blood cells. Make sure to wash them before juicing.

<![CDATA[Cellulite - A Girls Worst Enemy...]]>Thu, 04 Dec 2014 22:22:07 GMThttp://florinafit.com/1/post/2014/12/cellulite-a-girls-worst-enemy.htmlPicture
Its time to Combat Cellulite…

There are a few steps to take to help dramatically reduce the appearance of cellulite.
I for one had cellulite so I know how difficult it can be and I am also a living proof that these steps will work. I've had too many people say you can’t get rid of cellulite but I can guarantee that you can dramatically reduce it by following these 4 steps…

1. Cardio - you need some cardio in your workouts, enough to make you sweat out toxins. Aggressive cardio can make cellulite look worse so I suggest Speed walking, Rollerblading, dancing... etc.

2. Weights – You can minimize the appearance of cellulite by toning the muscles under. A few workouts that are effective to remove cellulite from legs & butt are Squats & Lunges those are crucial to lifting your butt and toning. I suggest adding weights once your ready.

3. Diet – You need to add more raw foods in your diet. This is where juicing is extremely vital for you. Today’s society eats all processed and over cooked foods lacking us the vitamins and fiber we need. You need less meat and more vegetables.
Another thing you need to let go of is SUGAR! Sugar becomes fat. Cellulite lives on sugar so the less intake the better for you.

4. Water – Water will help us flush out toxins, its extremely important for all aspects of our health. Lack of water can make cellulite look worse. Drinking 6-8 glasses of water a day can help you lose fat, have a healthy digestive system which will lead to healthier more radiant skin, shiny hair and a smaller tummy.

More Water Benefits:
Keeps You Looking Young
Helps Prevent Colds
Helps You Lose Weight
Boosts Mood and Brain Power
Busts Breakouts
Fights Disease
Protects and moisturizes our joints

Water Facts:
Muscle consists of 75% water
Brain consists of 90% of water
Bone consists of 22% of water
Blood consists of 83% water

If you follow these 4 steps you will see results. If your serious about reducing cellulite then these are critical for you to do. Forget lotions and creams that promise you to reduce the cellulite. They don’t work! If they did no one would have cellulite! With hard work results will come, its up to you.

<![CDATA[Pregnancy Leg Workout Routine ]]>Thu, 04 Dec 2014 21:57:02 GMThttp://florinafit.com/1/post/2014/12/pregnancy-leg-workout-routine.htmlPicture
This Baby Bump Video is a little different...

I wanted to do a little video on my leg workout routine. I’m currently 35 weeks pregnant. To be honest I did go down in weights more and more as I progressed into the pregnancy. I like to keep it safe and feel comfortable so these workouts are meant to maintain what I have, I’m not doing them to build muscle. I’ll leave the goal setting for after the baby arrives.

I was asked about my pregnancy workout routine so here it is, btw I'll have my back and arms up shortly as well this is only my current leg routine. ( I say current bc you should be changing it up, less weight more reps or less reps more weight)

Workout Routine
Keep in mind you can switch up in what order you do these workouts to challenge your body. Also if your a beginner you can start with no weights and less reps. Dont get sore! You wont be able to work out for a couple days and that wont help you get or stay in shape.

#1. I like to start off with some cardio!
I do 10-13 minutes just as a warm up and to get the sweat flowing. You should always do some cardio if you plan on weight training so you can warm up your body. Once I finish my cardio I make sure to stretch.

#2. SQUATS. My Favorite Workout! Mind you they are not very heavy. I'm holding (2) 15lb dumbells.
I do 3 sets of 25.

#3. Sumo Squats! I now take a 35lb dumbbell and set it on the floor upright in front of me. Now squat down and pick up that weight and do 3 sets of 20 reps.

#4. Leg Extensions With Weight! This can totally be done without weights, I actually recommend beginners to do it without weights because it is challenging. I know this machine is typically not used this way but you have to accommodate the tummy. I set the foot bar to 4. Lift what feels comfortable, if it doesn't feel comfortable do less weight and if you still feel strange don't use weight and gain the strength first.

#5. Leg Presses! I love this workout and you feel the burn almost instantly. I do 3 sets of 15-20 reps. make sure your knees don't hurt when doing these. You can damage your knees if your seat is not set up right. Make sure your not too far back or to forward. Your motion should feel comfortable. If you feel a pull in your knees it can be too much weight or your machine setting are not set up right. Play with it. My set is set to 7 (i'm tall though 5'9) and my foot bar is set to 1.

#6. Leg Raises. Now this one is not the way you would use this machine typically but since I cant lay on my belly the hubby showed me how to use this one for my benefit. I don't do a lot of weight just 25lb for now. (especially since I really haven't worked it out during the pregnancy because I couldn't lay on my tummy) I do 3 sets about 8-10 reps.

#7. Calf Raises. These are pretty basic and can be done with or without the machine. I also like to hold 2 dumbbells in my hands when doing these. Don't neglect those calf's they can be the hardest muscle to grow but the easiest to forget about. I currently am not proud of my calves but i'm hoping to achieve my goal with them after the baby.

Hope you enjoy this video and you find it helpful! Please give it a thumbs up :)

<![CDATA[How To Prevent Stretch Marks ]]>Thu, 04 Dec 2014 21:48:14 GMThttp://florinafit.com/1/post/2014/12/how-to-prevent-stretch-marks.htmlPicture

Baby is getting pretty big and it seems she’s running out of space. I also feel a lot of pressure and lately she has been hitting my hip bones. I cant say for sure that’s a sign of her coming but it sure is uncomfortable.

I feel great besides the whole can’t move very well and I’m out of breath just by taking a shower, applying lotion or even dressing myself.
I’m getting a lot of creamy discharge which scares me at times because it comes out in bursts and I’m like “OMG did my water just break” lol…

Preventing Stretch Marks

I covered this topic in an early video before my tummy was growing and I didn’t specify too much just that I believed you could prevent stretch marks. I’m 8 months now and I can proudly say I’m stretch mark free so my beliefs where correct.
If you want to prevent stretch marks here are a couple things you need to do….

Stretch marks happen for 2 reasons. The skin is stretching too fast in a short amount of time and secondly you are dry (Skin is lacking in elasticity)

#1. Drink Plenty of Water: Not only is water healthy during pregnancy and a must but it plays a big part in the skins elasticity and moisture. Most of the time when brides I work with have dry lips I always recommend more water and it fixed chapped lips FAST! Which proves how important it is for our bodies and preventing stretch marks.

#2. Coco Butter Like CRAZY! I don’t care I coco buttered myself all the time even before I was showing. Its prevention that matters most and building a habit out of it. Don’t start once you’re already big. Start as soon as possible. I use 2. The one in the jar is greasy and thick so I use that one where I need it most like thighs, butt and tummy.

#3. Don’t gain too much weight! This is an important one. When you gain lots of weight during your pregnancy the weight gain is fast so stretching will come with it. Prevent gaining too much weight and you can prevent stretch marks. Our stomachs are meant to be able to expand and go back down but only to a curtain degree and its best not to test it.

#4. Don’t Scratch!
Scratching dries the skin, irritates it and cracks it. It’s the perfect welcome to that stretch mark. If you feel itchy apply lotion asap. If you still feel itchy it can be your shirt. Some of my shirts made me itchy and once I would change I no longer fell it anymore. Your tummy gets more sensitive as it expands so wearing soft clothes does really help.

#5. Watch what you eat!
Eat watery fruits and vegetables. Eating vegetables that contain a lot of water is another great way to hydrate your self. Eat a big salads filled with cucumbers, fresh bell peppers, and celery. Choose watermelon, strawberries, honeydew, and other watery fruits instead of eating baked desserts. This will not only hydrate your body and give you the vitamins and nutrients you need but it will give you energy and prevent too much weight gain.
